I have recently started studying a Foundation course ready to start a degree in a few months.
The advice and support I received from the University was outstanding. All my tutors have been supportive with great feedback. IT helpdesk were on hand when I had an issue, spent the time resolving me issue. Library services are fantastic even late in the evening when I couldn't find an article. You can speak online 24/7 with Library services.
There are also online non module learning workshops which are fantastic, they are fun but informative. These are live too, so you can talk to other students. This is a path I was incredibly nervous about going down but everybody I have dealt with at the University has made it incredibly easy and smooth. I'm now looking forward to embarking on a degree.
